Job summary

Braum's in Sulphur, OK is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily shift operations and drive customer satisfaction. Expect a 45-hour work week on a rotating 3-week schedule, with starting pay of $14.50–$15.00 per hour and annualized pay around $35,500–$37,000.

You will coach the store crew, monitor inventory and safety, and ensure adherence to Braum's policies while delivering a high standard of service and food quality.

• Oversee shift operations of Braum's food service, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.

• Monitor inventory, supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Ensure Braum's store policies and practices are followed.
• Work on a rotating 3-week schedule with an approximate 45-hour work week.
