Pizza Hut - Staab Management is hiring a Shift Leader to drive daily restaurant operations in Council Bluffs. You will lead shifts, motivate the team, ensure fast, friendly guest service and maintain food quality and cleanliness.

You will assist with scheduling, labor management, and sales goals while helping hire, train, and onboard new team members. The role offers growth opportunities and a supportive, energetic team culture.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Flexible availability (days, nights, weekends, and holidays).
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Leadership or supervisor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and support daily restaurant operations.
