Job summary

Bueno is seeking a Shift Leader to ensure smooth daily restaurant operations and support for the General/Assistant Manager. You will coach team members, drive training initiatives, and deliver exceptional customer service to enhance guest experiences.

Requirements include 1 year in QSR, POS familiarity, ServSafe preferred, and flexible scheduling to cover evenings, holidays, and weekends. Physical stamina for a restaurant environment is also needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.
• Familiarity with POS system and ServSafe certification preferred.
• Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support the General and/or Assistant Manager to ensure smooth shift operations.
