Job summary

Bethyl Laboratories, Inc is seeking Shift Leaders to supervise daily restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis. You will guide the Front of House and Heart of House teams, ensuring smooth service and helping create a premier social experience for sports fans.

This is an hourly position with eligibility for Paid Time Off. You will train staff, handle guest interactions, and maintain high standards of service in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of recent restaurant experience.
• Strong time management and organization with excellent attention to detail.
• Outstanding customer service, communication and hospitality skills.
• Able to stand and move quickly for extended periods, up to four hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide menu recommendations.
• Train hourly team members on job duties.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.
• Relay orders to service bar and kitchen via the POS system.
• Deliver accurate food and drink orders to guests promptly.
• Maintain guest satisfaction throughout the visit and assist with table clearing.
