Job summary

Blaze Pizza in Louisville, KY is seeking a capable Shift Leader to help run our busy storefront. You’ll train teammates, manage orders, and ensure fast, friendly guest service.

This role offers weekly pay, on-the-job mentoring, and opportunity for advancement within a franchise network; full-time employees receive benefits starting after 30 days, plus a supportive team culture.

Responsibilities

• Taking orders, preparing and firing pizzas to company standards.

Requirements:

• Operating a point of sale system and following all cash handling procedures
• Food preparation, general cleaning, stocking items and maintaining a clean dining room for all our guests
• Always cultivating the guest experience by providing fast, courteous, sincere, and positive service
• Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of our restaurant consistent with company standards
• A team player who can jump in where needed and lead our teams to create lively, fun guest interactions
