Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise employees and the restaurant's day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will deliver excellent customer service, be self-motivated, and assist managers with tasks to keep facilities well-maintained and running smoothly.

Experience with store operations and a commitment to quality and customer service is expected. Pay starts between $14.95 and $22.22 per hour, with opportunities to grow within our nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations.
• Incredible customer service skills & the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture.
• Must be proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment.
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact with coworkers, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Background check is required.
