Responsibilities

• Lead the team during shifts with positive leadership and exceptional guest service.
• Deliver an outstanding guest experience while ensuring every customer receives a Sub Above experience.
• Prepare fresh subs to Jersey Mike's standards.
• Coach, support, and motivate crew members.
• Assist with training and onboarding new team members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe restaurant environment.
• Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Manage shift execution, including opening and closing tasks.
• Assist with inventory, product rotation, and minimizing food waste.
• Address customer questions and resolve concerns professionally.
• Support the General Manager and Assistant Manager with daily restaurant operations.
