Job summary

Noah’s New York Bagels in Thousand Oaks is seeking a Shift Leader to join our team. You will work closely with the General Manager to energize the crew and ensure a great guest experience, while opening and closing the store with minimal supervision.

We offer a flexible schedule, no evenings or nights, competitive pay with tips, and benefits like PTO after 90 days. This role provides a path to store leadership as many leaders started as Shift Leaders and Team Members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days including early hours and weekends.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with little supervision.
• Maintain food and beverage quality and keep a safe, clean store environment.
• Provide feedback and coach team members when needed.
• Opportunity to grow from Shift Leader to General Manager.
