Job summary

Bruegger's Bagels in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Shift Leader to support store operations by motivating the team, coaching staff, and helping open and close with minimal supervision.

You must be 18+, able to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends, pass a background check, obtain ServSafe certification, and have a valid driver’s license where required. Perks include flexible schedule, PTO after 90 days, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• ServSafe Certification required or prior to leadership training completion.
• Possession of a current, valid driver’s license (where required by location).

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager to motivate the team and maintain guest experience.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members.
• Ensure quality of food and beverage and maintain a safe, clean store environment.
