Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to ensure brand standards, product quality, cleanliness, and guest connections.
• Coach and train team members on responsibilities and promotions.
• Perform administrative tasks such as bank deposits, inventory, and product orders.
• Ensure store safety, security, and adherence to procedures.
• Communicate shift needs and delegate tasks to keep the shift moving.
