Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Must be 18 years or older
• Able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends
• ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training
• Possession of a valid state driver’s license preferred but only required at specific locations

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision; ensure safety and cleanliness
• Provide feedback and coach team members as needed
• Lead by example to maintain quality of food and beverages and uphold standards
