Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager with management activities and duties.
• Ensure all Crew Members and Team Leaders meet expectations.
• Monitor and maintain proper staffing levels and labor costs.
• Train Crew Members effectively.
• Provide direction and supervision for Crew Members.
• Create a friendly atmosphere for employees and Guests.
