Job summary

The role requires leadership, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Previous shift lead experience is preferred, along with basic food service knowledge.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and/or work areas to ensure high quality products and customer service.
• Manage operations including execution of company policies, procedures, programs and systems.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices.
• Contribute to shift coverage and inventory management while controlling costs.
