Einstein Bros. Bagels in Davenport, FL is seeking a Shift Leader. You will work with the General Manager to motivate the team, coach staff, and ensure a top-notch guest experience. You’ll open/close the store and help maintain quality and safety standards.

Ideal candidates are 18+, able to work varied hours including early shifts, and committed to a friendly, efficient operation with strong teamwork and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• ServSafe Certification preferred and/or required prior to leadership training.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with General Manager to motivate team and deliver great guest experiences.
• Provide feedback and coach team members as needed.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision; ensure quality and cleanliness.
