Chick-fil-A Old Bridge is seeking experienced Kitchen/Back of House shift leaders to grow our team in a fast-paced restaurant. You will run shifts, help train employees, and support the Manager in Charge while upholding food safety and guest satisfaction.

This role develops your leadership and teamwork skills; you’ll lead by example, manage operations during shifts, and participate in training and advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Run shifts without supervision.
• Support senior leadership with delegated tasks.
• Organize personnel on shift and motivate for hospitality, speed and cleanliness.
• Address customer issues or complaints as they arise.
• Execute proper security and cash handling procedures with team.
• Lead by example using CORE 4: eye contact, smile, enthusiastic talk, connection.
• Communicate performance and policy violations to Senior Leadership.
• Maintain positive working relationships and guide reporting employees.
• Serve as subject matter expert for shift area tasks.
• Oversee inventory and facilities management.
• Ensure understanding of all key positions on shift.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
