Job summary

RaceTrac is hiring Shift Managers to lead a winning team on each shift, motivating staff with a cheerful, can-do attitude and clear direction. You’ll support food service, stocking, cleaning, and cash handling while coaching teammates to perform at their best.

You will reinforce RaceTrac’s standards for guest service, food safety, and store cleanliness, and help manage inventory, promotions, and shop operations across shifts.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service preferred.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to follow through on tasks and coach others to do the same.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.
