Taco Bell is hiring a Team Member to support the Management Team and lead shifts with a smile. You will guide the team, ensure duties are completed, manage inventory, and uphold brand standards while delivering quality food to customers in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• Ability to supervise and motivate the team.
• Physical tasks: sweep/mop, lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for 80% of shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead your shift by guiding the team and ensuring duties are completed.
• Manage inventory and maintain financial accountability.
• Deliver safe, quality food to customers in a timely manner.
• Maintain a safe environment for employees and customers.
• Support the Management Team in running great shifts and meeting standards.
