HAZA Foods is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced team in our Austin store. You will guide daily operations, coach team members, and ensure a positive, customer-focused environment that reflects our brand values.

Qualifications

• Problem solving and decision making are essential.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by end of training.

Responsibilities

• Support the management team in achieving employee, customer, sales, and operational goals.
• Stand and move for most of your shift.
• Use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register or grill.
• Follow brand standards to prepare great food and maintain a clean restaurant.
• Ensure food safety procedures are followed.
