Responsibilities

• Guide and lead the team to deliver friendly service and profitability.
• Support the management team in achieving employee, customer, sales, and operational goals.
• Stand and move for most of your shift to perform duties.
• Follow brand standards to prepare great food and maintain a clean, welcoming restaurant.
• Be willing to travel for training and store visits when needed.
