Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Comfort in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain required permits.

Responsibilities

• Lead a winning team on shift with a cheerful, can‑do attitude and guest focus.
• Drive operational excellence: train staff, inventory, cash wrap, cleanliness, and promo communication.
• Model clear communication and accountability; relay updates and monitor task completion.
