Join our Dunkin' team in Dedham has a high-potential Shift Leader (Manager Trainee) role with a clear track to move quickly into a Shift Leader / Manager role.

This is a growth-focused opportunity for someone eager to develop leadership skills fast in a fast-paced quick service restaurant (QSR). Through hands-on training, you'll help run daily operations, support a great guest experience, and foster a positive, team-first culture.

What You'll Do (Daily Responsibilities)
