Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Shift Leader to help drive our Panda experience on the floor and in the kitchen. You will support management in delivering great food, friendly service, and a clean, energetic dining room.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in cooking, supervising the crew during shifts, and opportunities for growth into management positions. Competitive pay and generous benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Education: Some high school; food safety knowledge preferred.
• Prefer some Operations experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Local/municipal Food Handler certification acquired at applicant’s own expense.

Responsibilities

• Support creating a vibrant, welcoming environment for guests.
• Gain skills in store operations and leading the team during a shift.
• Assist in cooking and preparing Panda favorites for guests.
• Develop yourself and others through hands-on training and leadership.
