Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to support restaurant operations and lead the team during each shift. You will help create a welcoming environment for guests while gaining hands-on experience in food preparation and store management.

Qualifications

• Some high school
• Local/municipal Food Handler certification acquired at applicant’s own expense
• Prefer some Operations experience

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
• Gain valuable skills managing store operations and leading the team during the shift.
• Gain hands on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites for our guests.
• Gain a diverse range of skills to develop yourself and others.
