Job summary

Gatti's Pizza is seeking reliable, positive people to lead at the front line and help deliver the 'Best Pizza in Town.' Shift Leaders operate on a shift-by-shift basis, learning management skills from the GM and advancing toward Assistant or General Manager roles.

The role focuses on customer service, game room operations, or food production, requiring multitasking and supervising team members during shifts while upholding brand values.

Qualifications

• High School or GED. College degree a plus.
• Prefer a minimum two (2) years management experience in the food service industry, hospitality industry, or retail industry. Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrates strong leadership and guest service skills.
• Demonstrates sound reasoning and follow-through in decision-making processes.
• Demonstrates excellent organizational, financial and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead at the front line of the business and provide customer service.
• Shift Leaders operate our restaurants on a shift-by-shift basis and learn management skills from the GM.
• This is an upwardly mobile position with promotion from within.
• Excel at customer service, game room operations, or food production.
• Lead and set direction for store-level teams during shifts, upholding brand values.
