Job summary

Gatti’s Pizza is seeking an entry-level Shift Leader to help run daily operations. You will lead front-line teams, learn management skills from the GM, and have a clear path to higher roles within the company.

The role requires leadership, guest service focus, and the ability to work nights and weekends in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This is an opportunity to grow into Assistant Manager roles from within.

Qualifications

• High School or GED; college degree a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience in food service, hospitality, or retail; must be at least 18.
• Demonstrates strong leadership and guest service skills.
• Demonstrates sound reasoning and follow-through in decision-making processes.
• Demonstrates excellent organizational, financial and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
