Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Restaurant Shift Leader for our Hardee’s location in Gordonsville, TN. You will lead daily operations, supervise shifts, train crew, and ensure guest satisfaction, food quality, and cleanliness.

You’ll work with the team to resolve issues, manage labor and inventory, handle cash procedures, and maintain records in line with company policies. We offer weekly pay, paid training, benefits, and opportunities to advance within a growing family of restaurants.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must meet physical demands required of the role.
• Must be able to lead, recognize, and train successful talent; 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Preferably valid driver's license.
• Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Consistent and reliable; cheerful and positive attitude.
• Values teamwork and helping others.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under management.
• Maintain cooperative relationships with management and crew.
• Assist with crew duties as needed.
• Conduct crew meetings prior to shift to discuss procedures and safety.
• Manage labor cost to meet company standards.
• Control inventory to meet GAP standards.
• Maintain reports and records per company policies.
• Maintain building and equipment using proper procedures.
• Handle cash procedures and deposits when in charge.
• Ensure HR, sanitation, safety and security policies are enforced.
• Represent Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. professionally at all times.
