Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have at least 1 year of shift management experience.
• Able to lead, recognize, and train successful talent.
• Able to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under management direction.
• Maintain cooperative working relationships with management and crew.
• Assist with crew duties as needed and conduct shift meetings when required.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standards and control inventory.
