RaceTrac in Orlando is seeking a Shift Manager who leads by example, inspires teammates, and ensures guests feel welcome during fast-paced shifts. You will coach staff, manage daily store operations, and uphold food safety and cleanliness standards while delivering exceptional service and driving sales.

You’ll have opportunities to mentor future leaders, participate in shift-based incentives, and enjoy flexible scheduling as you grow toward General or Co-Manager roles at RaceTrac.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Set the tone with a cheerful, can-do attitude that motivates your team.
• Provide clear direction and assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling.
• Coach team members in real-time, providing guidance and support during every shift.
• Address guest concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating when necessary.
• Train team to meet service, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Oversee inventory, write-offs, cash wrap, and compliance documentation.
• Lead shift change communication and ensure team alignment.
