Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience (retail, restaurant, or food service preferred).
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (preferred).
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to follow through on tasks and coach others to do the same.
• Strong communication and team building skills.
• High School Diploma or GED (in progress or completed).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks without frequent breaks.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain required permits (food handlers, alcohol server, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead a cheerful, can-do attitude to motivate your team.
• Provide clear direction and assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling.
• Coach team members in real-time with guidance and support.
• Address guest concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating when necessary.
• Train and guide the team to meet service, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Oversee inventory, vendor check-in, and promotional communication.
• Ensure proper cash wrap, write-offs, and compliance documentation.
• Lead shift change communication and team alignment throughout the day.
• Model communication and accountability from leadership to associates.
