Hardee's Lumberton is seeking a part-time Shift Leader to supervise restaurant operations and support the General Manager in daily tasks. You will help maintain quality, service, and cleanliness while focusing on profitability and standards.

This role offers weekly pay, benefits, and growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will have 1 year of shift management experience, be able to lead a fast-paced team, and pass a background check and drug screen.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must pass background check and drug screen
• Must be able to lead, recognize, and train talent

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under management.
• Maintain cooperative working relationship with management and crew.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standards.
• Control inventory to meet GAP standards.
• Ensure cash procedures are followed and deposits handled.
