Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Preferably valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and uphold quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Train and develop crew under management guidance.
• Maintain cooperative working relationships with staff and leaders.
• Lead crew meetings before shifts to review operations and promotions.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standards.
• Control inventory to align with company GAP standards.
• Maintain records and reports according to policy and regs.
• Ensure cash handling procedures are followed during shifts.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct at all times.
• Enforce safety, sanitation, and security policies consistently.
