Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid Driver's License preferred.
• Enjoys a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Cheerful and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Train and develop crew under management.
• Maintain a cooperative working relationship with management and crew.
• Conduct crew meetings prior to shift to discuss operations.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standards.
• Control inventory according to GAP standards.
• Maintain reports and records per company standards and regulations.
• Ensure cash handling procedures during shift.
• Maintain building, equipment and safety procedures.
