Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Shift Leader to operate the Hardee’s location in Kannapolis, NC. The role focuses on leading shifts, maintaining quality, service, and cleanliness while supporting profitability and safety standards.

You will train crew, manage labor and inventory, uphold policies, and ensure professional appearance and compliance on each shift. This position welcomes veterans and supports a team-first culture.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of management.
• Maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management and crew; assist with crew member duties as needed.
• Conduct crew meetings prior to shift to discuss operations, procedures, promotions, safety, security, and training.
• Manage labor cost to meet company standard.
• Control inventory to meet company GAP standard.
