Qualifications

• SERV Safe certification or the ability to obtain it as needed.

Responsibilities

• Direct the team and ensure all food items are prepared and served according to regulations.
• Coach team members to follow guidelines for food preparation.
• Motivate and direct team members to exceed guest expectations.
• Supervise crew members to ensure compliance with standards.
• Ensure exceptional customer service.
• Maintain a clean restaurant environment.
• Manage cash control per policy.
• Monitor accuracy of cash, sales, and inventory.
• Complete end-of-shift paperwork.
