Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant or retail experience, with 3 months as a shift lead preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent communication, management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction and execute the MIC Success Routine.
• Oversee Team Members and maintain clean appearances.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and maintain positive relations.
• Assist the GM with Profit & Loss management.
