Job summary

McDonald’s is seeking a Shift Manager to lead restaurant operations and drive a high-standard customer experience. You will supervise crew and other managers during shifts, ensure quality, service, and cleanliness, and support daily restaurant goals in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have leadership experience, a flexible schedule, and a passion for teamwork. Must be 18 years or older to work as a manager in our corporate-owned and operated restaurants.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Shift Managers lead shifts each week to provide a fast, accurate, friendly experience for customers.
• As a Shift Manager, you may plan for each shift, monitor performance, ensure adherence to McDonald’s standards, oversee safety, security and profitability, and prepare the next Shift Manager to run a great shift.
