This role requires a proactive, customer-focused leader with the ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment. Starting rate is $19.50 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for development within a supportive team at a franchise location.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience preferred, especially in fast-paced environments.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate-owned and operated restaurants.
• Flexible schedule and a positive, team-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Food Safety and quality standards are met.
• Lead and motivate crew and other managers during each shift.
• Plan shifts, monitor performance, and coordinate with next Shift Manager.
• Manage inventory, maintenance, and cleanliness.
• Train staff and uphold safety, security, and profitability targets.
• Communicate effectively with the team and department leads to hit goals.
