Job summary

McDonald’s, operated by an independent franchisee, is seeking a Shift Manager to lead crews and other managers on shift. You will ensure fast, accurate, and friendly service while upholding McDonald’s standards for quality, safety, and cleanliness.

Responsibilities include shift planning, performance monitoring, and handover preparation. Prior leadership experience in hospitality or retail is preferred, and applicants must be 18 or older to work in these restaurants.
