Job summary

McDonald’s operates a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The Shift Manager leads weekly shifts, ensuring fast, accurate and friendly service while supervising crew and other managers. You will monitor quality, safety, and profitability, and coordinate with successors to run great shifts.

Previous leadership experience in hospitality is preferred; flexibility and a positive team attitude are essential. Applicants must be 18+ and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in restaurant, retail or hospitality environments preferred.
• Able to lead shifts and manage crew during busy periods.
• Strong communication and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly shifts to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Oversee shift operations: quality, service, cleanliness, safety and profitability.
• Plan shifts, monitor performance, and coordinate with the next Shift Manager.
