Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• We’re looking for positive, flexible team players who enjoy a fast-paced setting.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service and adherence to McDonald’s standards.
• Plan each shift, monitor performance, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare for the next shift.
• Meet targets for departments and ensure food quality, safety, security and profitability.
