Boselli & Sons’ LLC DBA McDonald’s is hiring a Restaurant Shift Manager in Fort Collins, CO. You will lead shifts, supervise Crew and other Managers, and ensure fast, friendly service with high standards of quality and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shifts weekly and ensure fast, accurate, friendly service for customers.
• Provide leadership to Crew and other Managers during a shift to maintain Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
• Supervise food safety and cleanliness to meet McDonald’s standards.
• Coordinate with Crew and next Shift Managers to prepare for a successful shift.
• Aim to meet or exceed targets and monitor safety, security, inventory and profitability.
• Manage Crew schedules and encourage high performance during shifts.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality food production.
• Train new team members on critical job functions.
