McDonald’s franchisee-operated Shift Manager position in Parsippany‑Troy Hills, NJ. This role provides leadership to crew and other managers during shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly service while upholding McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.

Responsibilities include shift planning, monitoring performance, safety, security, scheduling, and training to meet targets and departmental goals.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience preferred, especially within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.
