Job summary

KRG Holdings LLC in Lithia Springs, GA is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee daily operations in the absence of the General Manager. The role requires leading a small team, handling opening and closing tasks, and ensuring smooth shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have at least 1 year restaurant experience, be able to work 2 morning openings and 2 night closings, and demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills. Must be 18 or older. Early pay option available.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of restaurant experience, preferably as a shift lead.
Ability to work 2 morning (opening) and 2 night (closing) shifts
Proven ability to efficiently multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

Demonstrate strong menu and product knowledge.
Lead and manage a team of 2-5 crew members during shifts.
Act as a key holder and perform opening and closing tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Thrive in a fast-paced environment while providing effective communication with guests and team members.
Participate in training programs and continuously develop skills.
Maintain reliability and adherence to scheduling requirements.
