Job summary

Krg Holdings Llc in Villa Rica, GA is hiring a part-time Shift Leader to oversee daily operations in the absence of GM, ensuring smooth shifts and guest service.

You will lead a small team of 2–5 crew members, handle opening/closing tasks, maintain schedules, and participate in trainings. Must have at least 1 year of restaurant experience and be able to work two morning and two night shifts; the role offers Early Pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant experience, preferably as a shift lead.
• Ability to work 2 morning (opening) and 2 night (closing) shifts
• Proven ability to efficiently multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong menu and product knowledge.
• Lead and manage a team of 2-5 crew members during shifts.
• Act as a key holder and perform opening and closing tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment while providing effective communication with guests and team members.
• Participate in training programs and continuously develop skills.
