Upchurch Management is hiring a Shift Manager for a McDonald’s restaurant in Florida. You will lead shifts, supervise crew and other managers, and ensure fast, accurate, friendly service while maintaining Quality, Service and Cleanliness.

This role requires previous leadership in hospitality; a flexible schedule and teamwork are valued. You must be 18 or older to manage in our franchisee-operated location, with opportunities for training and advancement.
