Jersey Mike's Westford is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee daily operations under management, guiding a crew and ensuring hospitality and quality. You will supervise the team, coordinate service, and support food preparation on a fast-paced shift.

We offer positions full-time or part-time with pay between $15 and $18 per hour plus tips. Training is provided, with care for staff development and a supportive, community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent required.
• 1 year QSR experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ to operate slicer.
• Reliable transportation and excellent product knowledge.
• Desire to improve self and skills; able to work in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team during shifts.
• Ensure excellent customer service at all times.
• Assist in food preparation and maintain quality standards including slicer use.
• Manage opening/closing procedures and shift operations.
• Handle inquiries and resolve customer issues; train staff on policies.
