Job summary

Burger King is hiring an hourly Shift Coordinator to lead teams on assigned shifts, ensuring fast, friendly service and safe, clean operations. You’ll coach teammates, execute the shift plan, manage workflow, and support profitability under the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager.

You will be responsible for maintaining guest satisfaction, quality, and efficiency while growing leadership skills in a fast-paced environment. Weekly pay and growth opportunities accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in restaurants, retail, or another fast-paced environment.
• People-first attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to motivate others and solve problems confidently during busy shifts.
• Commitment to great guest experiences, BK standards, and learning new responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by guiding the team to deliver accurate, fast, friendly service in a clean environment.
• Coach and motivate the crew by offering feedback, supporting development, and keeping everyone energized during the shift.
• Lead shift operations by executing the shift plan, upholding BK standards, directing workflow, and stepping in wherever needed.
• Support profitability by following cash control procedures, helping manage inventory, and receiving truck orders.
