Job summary

McDonald’s is seeking a Shift Manager for a franchise restaurant. Starting wages up to $16.50/hour with additional benefits and a pathway to growth within a family-oriented team. You will lead shifts, supervise crew and other managers, and ensure Quality, Service, and Cleanliness for every customer.

Applicants should have leadership experience and be 18+ years old. Prior restaurant/retail/hospitality background is preferred; flexible schedules are valued in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager.
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift.
• Plan for each shift and monitor performance to meet McDonald’s standards.
• Ensure safety, security, and profitability and communicate with next Shift Manager.
• Help departments meet goals and schedule staff accordingly.
