McDonald’s is seeking a Shift Manager to lead crews and other managers, ensuring fast, friendly service and strict adherence to Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards. You’ll plan each shift, monitor performance, and hand over to the next Shift Manager to prepare them for the next shift.

Ideal candidates have leadership experience, preferably in food service or hospitality. Must be 18 years or older. Pay starts between $15 - $18 per hour, with benefits and opportunities for growth.

• Plan each shift and monitor performance to ensure McDonald's standards.
• Lead crew and other managers during a shift to deliver fast, accurate service.
• Maintain safety, security and profitability during shifts.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for the next shift.
• Assist Departments to meet goals and targets during shifts.
