The role requires reliability, guest-service focus, and adaptability in a fast-paced setting, with opportunities for growth and enhanced scheduling flexibility.

Qualifications

• US work authorization required and high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior supervisory/restaurant management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and guest-service focus essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations with energy, confidence, and accountability.
• Ensure strong openings and closings by setting up the team for success.
• Set the tone for the shift—motivate and coach team members for success.
• Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service that exceeds guest expectations.
• Ensure all brand standards are met - cleanliness, food safety, and quality.
• Handle opening and closing duties, including key-holder responsibilities.
• Count drawers, manage deposits, and finalize end-of-day reports.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with guests and team members.
• Support training and onboarding of new team members.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment built on trust and respect.
• Step into any station as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
